This policy explains what personal information Seller Lookout collects, why, who we share it with and your rights. It covers this website and the Seller Lookout service.
1. Who we are
Seller Lookout is a trading name of Ecoformix Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI712157), registered office 48 Bachelors Walk, Lisburn, BT28 1XN. Ecoformix Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at hello@sellerlookout.com.
2. What we collect and why

We do not sell personal information. We email you about your account and your checks, and now and then about our services; you can opt out of the latter at any time.
3. Amazon account data
The free Lookout plan uses only information Amazon shows publicly, so it needs nothing from your Seller Central account.
For Watch, you approve a read-only connection from inside your own Seller Central account. Through it we read figures such as account health, order defect rate, late shipments, valid tracking, listing status and inventory status. For Fix and Grow, our specialists may also work in your account as a service provider, with only the permissions you grant. Occasionally the work needs limited customer order details, for example to answer a claim. We use this information only to provide the service you chose, and we handle it in line with Amazon's data protection rules.
We never ask for your Seller Central password. You can switch off the connection, or remove our access, at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who handle personal information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and sign-in
- Resend: sending emails from the website and the service
- Google Workspace: our email
- LeadConnector (HighLevel): our customer records
- Windsor.ai: the read-only connection that brings your Amazon figures to us
- Google Fonts: the fonts on this website, which means your browser contacts Google when pages load
- Our payment provider, and other companies in our group and subcontractors who help deliver the work, including Constellation Commerce (another trading name of Ecoformix Ltd), which delivers the Grow plan
We also share information with Amazon where the work requires it, for example when sending documents Amazon has asked for, with a fulfilment partner where you have agreed, with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires.
5. Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers are based in, or use servers in, the European Economic Area or the United States. Where personal information leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Sign-ups that don't become paying customers: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
- Customer records, invoices and correspondence: while you are a customer, plus 6 years, for legal and tax reasons.
- Sign-in records: up to 12 months.
- Amazon account data: only while you use the service. We delete or anonymise it within 90 days of you leaving, unless we need to keep a record for legal reasons.
7. Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. If you sign in, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email hello@sellerlookout.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
